The mission of the Paris Yiddish Centre is to preserve the legacy of Yiddish culture, to make it known to different constituencies, Jewish and non-Jewish, in France and in Europe, to promote Yiddish as a language of culture and to teach it to different audiences.

- a theatre troupe (Troïm-Teater)

- entertainment activities
- summer activities (language university, klezmer session)
- conversation groups
- activities for children
- a cafeteria and a bookstore
